What we collect

When you send an enquiry or use Plan My Safari, we store the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, group size and preferences, the page you sent it from and your language. When you subscribe to our emails we also store the date, time and IP address of your consent.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and plan and run your trip.
• To send you our newsletter, only if you subscribed and confirmed your email address.

Who we share it with

To deliver your trip we share the necessary details with lodges, airlines and park authorities. Our emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which stores subscriber details on our behalf. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics receives anonymous usage data.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, change your preferences, or ask us to send you or delete the data we hold about you. Contact us using the details on our contact page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our accounting obligations. Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe.
